Our Journey
Our Founder Dave Hood started the company in August of 2023. He is a Professional Engineer with eighteen years of experience in consulting. The first six years of his career were spent in industrial consulting, where he designed large capital projects for fortune 500 companies, while the last twelve years of his career have been spent in MEP consulting, designing systems for Commercial and Residential buildings. He was the Engineering Manager for Bialosky Cleveland for the six years prior to founding Forest City Engineers.
